Ponderosa Studio

 

Ponderosa Studio is situated in the beautiful Animas Valley,  just north of Durango.  The studio has marvelous mountain and valley views.  There are many wonderful painting opportunities close by.  The studio has a separate bedroom,  living room,  fully applianced kitchen and bath with shower.  There is a cozy,  bed and breakfast feeling associated with the interior design and furnishings.  The Studio is decorated exclusively with Judy Morgan oil and watercolor and acrylic paintings.

There are many recreational opportunities nearby including Dalton Ranch Golf Course,  Trimble Hot Springs and Durango Mountain Resort/Purgatory Ski Area.  Hiking,  mountain biking and fly fishing in the Animas River are within walking or bicycling distance.

The Studio is available on a nightly rental or weekly rental basis.  Special discount rates apply to artists who want to stay and paint with Judy Morgan in one of her Workshops or Plein Air Class sessions.  Please Contact us by e-mail or telephone for Studio rates and availability
